アフリカ日本協議会では、毎年、夏と冬に交流会を開催してきました。過去３年間はコロナのためオンラインでの開催でしたが、今年は4年ぶりに対面で開催します。新型コロナの外出自粛期間中にスタッフに加わった小泉さん、今年スタッフになった藤田さん、クアテンさんもご紹介します。アフリカに関心をお持ちの方であればどなたでも参加いただけます。会員以外の方にも広くお声をかけていただき、輪を広げてください。ガーナ料理を一緒に食べながら親睦を深めましょう。ご参加お待ちしております。
日時：2023年10月21日（土）午後12時30分～３時
　　　埼玉県草加市氷川町2131-4 マイキャッスルウェスト 2F
　　　東武スカイツリーライン・伊勢崎線の草加駅より徒歩３分
定員：25名程度
参加費（昼食及び最初の飲み物１杯込み／当日現金払い）：
一般3,000円、学生・アフリカ出身の方　2,000円、高校生以下　1000円（未就学児無料）
※2杯目以降は各自実費負担（全て１杯500円）

１．登録情報は事務局で厳重に管理し、本交流会以外の目的で利用しません。
２．キャンセルポリシー
申し込み後、やむなくキャンセルする場合はなるべく早くご連絡ください。（メールで、info@ajf.gr.jp宛にお願いします。三営業日たっても返信がない場合は、お手数ですがウェブサイトの「お問い合わせ」または電話でご連絡ください。）
・前日19時以降のキャンセルは、参加費の半額を後日請求させていただきますので、ご了承ください。当日キャンセルのないようにお願いします。

Africa Japan Forum Networking Party, AUTUMN 2023, is an upcoming networking event on 21st October, 2023. We are delighted to inform you of this event, which will take place at Seven Stars International Shot Bar & Restaurant in Soka-city, Saitama Prefecture. This event will provide you with a unique opportunity to connect with members and non-members of Africa Japan Forum, researchers, students, business owners, and NGO staff members, who are fascinated by “Africa” for various reasons. Access: 3min. from Soka-station, Tobu Skytree Line/ Isezaki Line
Capacity: Around 25
Fee : 3,000 yen for an adult, 2000 yen for students and people from Africa
           1,000 yen for high school students and younger (Free for preschooler and younger)
* The charge includes lunch and the first one drink. The second drink and more will be available with 500 yen per drink.

２．Cancel
If you need to cancel your registration, please inform the secretariat as soon as possible (info@ajf.gr.jp) . Cancelling after PM7 on 20th October will be charged half. Please make sure that you will not cancel the registration on the day of the event.
